Egg salad with crab sticks

Ingredients

  1. Eggs 3 pieces
  2. Crab sticks 200 grams
  3. Onion 1 piece (small)
  4. Green onion 1/2 bunch
  5. Mayonnaise to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: Cook the eggs.


Dip the eggs in a pot of boiling water and cook for 12-15 minutes. Then transfer them immediately to cold water and cool.
Peel the shell and chop the eggs into small cubes.

Step 2: chop the onion and crab sticks.


Rinse green onions, dry and cut into ringlets. Chop onions into small cubes.
Dice the crab sticks into cubes about the same size as the eggs.

Step 3: mix and season the egg salad with crab sticks.


Put all the ingredients in a deep plate, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well, transfer to a beautiful salad bowl or immediately arrange in portions and serve.

Step 4: serve egg salad with crab sticks.


Serve egg salad with crab sticks for breakfast, as I said earlier, or as a snack for lunch and / or dinner. Very tasty and incredibly simple dish. For me, such a salad to the table will always be welcome.
