Salad with kohlrabi, beets and nuts

Ingredients for making salad with kohlrabi, beets and nuts

  1. Big sour apple 1 piece
  2. Beet 1 small
  3. Kohlrabi cabbage 1 piece
  4. Walnuts 1 handful
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Homemade mayonnaise 1 tablespoon

Cooking:

Step 1: peel the vegetables.


Peel the apple and seed core.
Peel the beets and rinse with cold water.
Peel kohlrabi cabbage and rinse too.
Then cut vegetables and fruits with a special knife for cutting vegetables to make thin spirals. Or you can just chop everything up very finely.

Step 2: mix.


Transfer the prepared vegetables and apple to a small salad bowl.

Step 3: season the salad.


Add crushed walnuts, homemade mayonnaise, salt to the salad to taste and mix.
Send the salad with kohlrabi, beets and nuts to the refrigerator on 10 minutes. After cooling, the dish is tastier.

Step 4: serve salad with kohlrabi, beets and nuts.


Serve chilled salad with kohlrabi, beets and nuts, you can decorate it with a little greens. A great dish for lunch or dinner, not as the main course, of course, but as an appetizer this salad is simply excellent.
