Steamed buns with spinach and nettles

Ingredients

Dough

  1. Flour 0.5 kg
  2. Yeast 5 grams
  3. Sugar 3/4 tablespoons
  4. Eggs 2 pieces
  5. 3/4 cup milk
  6. Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
  7. Young nettle leaves a 0.5 liter bowl
  8. Young spinach leaves a 0.5 liter bowl
  9. Salt pinch

For filing

  1. Whipped cream to taste
  2. Grated chocolate to taste
  3. Daisies to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the greens.


Soak the nettle in boiling water, then flip it over a colander and dip in cold water. Let dry a little.

Step 2: mix greens with eggs.


Grind spinach and nettle in a blender by mixing it with eggs. Beat until smooth.

Step 3: prepare the dough.


Heat the milk (but do not boil) and dilute the yeast in nm, stir and let stand a little.
Then mix milk with yeast with butter, nettles with spinach and eggs and salt. Then add the flour gradually until a soft dough is obtained.
Knead the dough for 15 minutesthen cover and leave in a warm place on 1 hour.

Step 4: form the buns.
