Rice Noodle Crab Salad

Ingredients

  1. Cucumber 1 piece (large)
  2. Fresh dill 1 bunch
  3. Crab sticks 250 grams
  4. Rice noodles 1 pack (200 grams)
  5. Mayonnaise 1 pack
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Soak rice noodles in boiling water for 7-10 minutes (see the packaging for the exact time).
Cucumber, if desired, can be peeled, so the salad will turn out even more tender. Then the cucumber is cut into small cubes.
Cut crab sticks into small pieces as well.
Dill finely, chop finely.
Fold the rice noodles in a colander and cool a little, and then cut into shorter slices with scissors.

Step 2: mix the crab salad with rice noodles.


Mix all the prepared ingredients in a plate, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve immediately.
