Thick pancakes with kefir


  1. Flour 3.5 cups (200 ml)
  2. Kefir 3 cups
  3. Eggs 3 pcs.
  4. Sugar 1 tbsp. l
  5. Salt 0.5 tsp
  6. Soda 0.5 tsp
  7. Sunflower oil 1.5 tbsp. l

Step 1.

Stir the eggs with sugar and salt. Pour in kefir, add soda and mix again. Gradually add flour, constantly stirring the dough. Pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix again. The dough is ready. The consistency should be like that of liquid sour cream.

Step 2

We bake pancakes in a pan greased with vegetable oil. We must bake on both sides, over medium heat. Delicious pancakes are ready. Bon appetit. Serve either with sour cream or jam.
