Paprika Bacon


  1. Smoked bacon 150 grams
  2. Onion 3 pieces
  3. Bulgarian yellow pepper 2 pieces (large)
  4. Garlic 2 cloves (large)
  5. Tomato 1 piece
  6. Curry (seasoning) to taste
  7. Tomato paste 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste

Step 1: chop the bacon.

Cut the bacon into small stripes or cubes. Chop the onion with feathers.

Step 2: fry the bacon.

In a dry skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon, and when it releases enough fat, add the onions and continue cooking until the onions become clear.

Step 3: chop the pepper.

Cut the peppers into strips, pass the garlic through a special press.

Step 4: add pepper to the bacon.

When the onion becomes glass, add the straws from the peppers into the pan and mix well. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes.

Pepper should be softer.
Peel the tomato, cut it into small cubes and add to the pan, cook another 5 minutes.
Then add the garlic, tomato paste and curry. Stir and cook more 2 or 3 minutes. At the very end, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: serve the bacon with bell pepper.

You can decorate the finished dish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
