Adjika in Georgian (Abkhaz adjika, dry adjika)


  1. Hot pepper 300 g.
  2. Garlic 100 g (4 heads)
  3. Raw Walnuts 100 g
  4. Greens 400 g (200 g parsley and 200 g cilantro)
  5. Basil to taste (optional)
  6. Coriander seeds 1 tbsp. a spoon
  7. Suns hops 25 g.
  8. Salt 3 tbsp. spoons

With my hot pepper, we separate the stalks and clear them of seeds. Then peel the garlic and nuts. We wash the greens and trim the large stems. Grind coriander in a coffee grinder. Pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder. After everything is crushed, add salt and hops-suneli, mix thoroughly until a pasty mixture is obtained. We lay out in jars and put in the refrigerator.
Adjika in Georgian ready to eat. This adjika can be used as a seasoning for vegetable and meat dishes, in salads, and also used instead of salt.
