Ingredients

For the test

  1. Honey 165 gr.
  2. Sugar 100 gr.
  3. Ground ginger 1.5 tsp
  4. Cinnamon 1 tsp
  5. Butter 125 gr.
  6. Soda 2 tsp
  7. Egg 1 pc.
  8. Flour approximately 500 gr.
  9. Caramel sweets to taste

Glaze:

  1. Protein 2 pcs.
  2. Powdered Sugar 150 gr.
  • Main ingredients: Flour, Honey

Cooking:


Step 2: the dough.

We combine honey, sugar, spices in a saucepan, put on fire. Mix well, cook until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add soda, mix well, the mass begins to foam and increase in size. Add oil to the hot mixture, mix well. Cool and add the egg, mix. Add the flour a little bit, it is better to mix less flour. The dough is soft and does not stick to your hands. We send to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. You can make the dough in advance and freeze it.

Roll out the dough about a millimeter thick 3. Cut a house. Where the windows are caramelized, they melt and turn into glass. Bake in a preheated oven for 7-10 minutes. Let cool on a baking sheet and only then remove.


Step 3: Glaze.

For glaze, mix 2 protein and 150 grams of powdered sugar. Put in a water bath and with constant stirring, cook until thickened. Then we collect the house.


Step 4: Build a house.

It’s better to do this:

First, attach the long end wall to the side, hold for 20-30 seconds, then attach another end wall and hold, and then another side. Let someone help you hold the walls of the house (or they can be propped up with cups or some other objects). Next, we attach the house to the base, hold it, slightly pressing it down. If necessary, you can still lightly coat the inside with glaze.

In principle, the house is ready, you can beautifully decorate everything at will with glaze, colored sweets and sprinkles.
