- Salmon fillet with skin 400 gr
- Butter 3 tsp
- 4 anchovies
- Garlic to taste
- Lemon to taste

Remove small bones from the salmon fillet with tweezers, if any. Lightly add salt. Cut into portions.
Squeeze the garlic and mix with butter and chopped anchovies. Divide the resulting mixture of oil with garlic and anchovies into 2 equal parts.
Heat the pan, dissolve half the oil on it and put the fish fillet with the skin down. We fry for half a minute without turning and send it to the oven preheated to 210C for 8 minutes. We remove the pan from the oven and put the fish on plates.
In the still hot pan we send the remaining half of the oil. Dissolve mixing with the oil in which the fish was fried. Pour the fish steaks in plates. Then the steaks should be pepper, pour with lemon juice and add greens.
