  4. Pickled Ginger 40 gr
  5. Chicken Breast 200 gr.
  6. Italian herbs 1/5 tsp
  7. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper to taste
  10. Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  11. Cooking Oil
  12. Beijing cabbage 200 gr.

Gas station

  1. Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  2. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  3. Honey 1 tsp

Cooking:

1) I cut the chicken breast lengthwise into two parts. Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle a little Italian herbs and distribute the spices for meat. I fry in a pan with vegetable oil on a fire a little below average until cooked. I cut the cooled breast into cubes.

2) 200 gr. I take apart Chinese cabbage into leaves and thinly cut. Bell pepper cut in half and cut into strips. I clean the apple and cut it into thin strips, pour it with lemon juice so that it does not darken. I also cut the cucumber into strips. Cut the pickled ginger into smaller ones. If you do not like ginger, you can not add it, but add garlic or onions for spiciness. Slightly fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.

3) Prepare the sauce. In a container I mix 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tsp honey.

4) I combine the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl, season with sauce and mix. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
