Dice turkey fillet, onion, carrot.
Fry the turkey in vegetable oil or a cauldron in vegetable oil. Add onions, fry until transparent. Add carrots, fry. Add bulgur and masala for meat. Stir and fry a little.
Add 1 liter of boiling water. Salt, mix. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
