Fresh Vegetable Puff Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  1. Rice (boiled) 100 g
  2. Chinese cabbage 80 g
  3. Radish 120 g
  4. Green onion 2 pcs.
  5. Tomatoes (small) 2 pcs.
  6. Cucumber 1 pc.
  7. 1/2 chilli
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste

Gas station

  1. Mustard 15 g
  2. Little olive 1 tsp
  3. Honey 1 tsp
  4. Green tea 5 tsp
  • Main ingredients: Cucumber, Tomato, Rice
  • Serving 3 servings

Cooking:

Step 1: preparing a gas station.


Mix mustard with olive oil and honey. Then add green tea and beat well together, turning into an emulsion.

Step 2: lay out the ingredients in layers.


Mix rice with two tablespoons of dressing. Set the salad pan and place the rice on the bottom.
