An explosive pancake that jumps out of shape! Without soda, yeast and baking powder!

Ingredients

  4. Vanilla Sugar 10g
  5. Sugar 1 tbsp a spoon
  6. Milk 180 gr
  7. Butter 10 gr
  8. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  9. Powdered sugar 1 tbsp

Cooking:


1. The dough for the pancake is done very quickly, so immediately you need to warm the oven, together with the form in which the pancake will be baked, to 220 degrees. I have a thick-walled cast-iron shape. All ingredients must be at room temperature. Mix the eggs with a whisk with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and flour so that there are no lumps.

2. Pour milk at room temperature (or slightly warm), mix.

3. Put a piece of butter in the preheated form, grease the walls and bottom of the dishes. Pour the pancake dough and bake for 20 minutes.

Grease the finished pancake immediately with butter, pour over lemon juice and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve hot
