1. Onion cut into thin half rings, passer on 30 g of butter for 5 minutes. Add chopped garlic clove and fry for another 5 minutes. Onions should become transparent, no need to fry until golden. 2. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. 3. Put half the onions in the form, half the potatoes, salt and pepper. Put the second layer of onions and potatoes. Salt and pepper. The top layer of potatoes can optionally be laid out carefully to look visually beautiful. Pour the broth, the broth should not cover the top layer of potatoes. 4. Put pieces of butter on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees and another 45 minutes at 180 degrees. If the top is quickly browned, move the shape a little lower.
