Lasagna Sheets

  1. Flour 320-370 g.
  2. Chicken egg 4 pcs.
  3. Salt 0.5 tsp
  4. Vegetable oil 50 ml.

Bechamel sauce

  1. Butter 50 g
  2. Flour 2 tbsp
  3. Milk 500 ml.
  4. Salt, pepper to taste
  5. Nutmeg 0.5 tsp

Bolognese sauce

  1. Meat 700 g
  2. Tomatoes 3 pcs.
  3. Onion 3 pcs. (150 g.)
  4. 1 carrot (130 g.)
  5. Garlic 2 pcs.
  6. Tomato sauce (5 tsp. Tomato paste + 200 ml. Water) to taste
  7. Seasoning to taste (seasoning for meat, Italian herbs)
  8. Salt, pepper to taste

1. Sheets for lasagna. For the dough, mix the eggs with vegetable oil. Add salt to the flour, make a depression in the center and pour the egg-oil mixture. Gently knead the dough with a fork. Knead for 7-10 minutes. From the resulting dough we form a ball, put it in a bag and let it rest for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, we take out the dough, knead a little and roll into a very thin layer. Cut into the necessary sheets.

2. Bechamel sauce. Melt butter and add flour. Mix well and fry, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes. After gradually add the milk, spices and cook until thickened (CONSTANT HANDLING WITH THE CENTER) over medium heat (do not cook the sauce on too high a fire, as it may burn or the milk may curd).

3. Bolognese sauce. Fry onion, garlic and carrots in a small amount of vegetable oil. After add the minced meat and fry for 3-5 minutes. Add spices, tomatoes (pre-grated, or pureed with a blender), tomato sauce and simmer everything for 1 hour over low heat.

4. We collect lasagna in the following sequence: bechamel, lasagna dough, bechamel, bolognese, lasagna dough and so on until the ingredients run out. If desired, you can sprinkle each layer with cheese.

5. We send in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. After cooking, sprinkle cheese on top and put in the oven for another 5 minutes.
