Asian style seabass cooking:

Step 1: prepare the fish.

Clean, gut and rinse the fish, remove the heads. Make shallow cuts on the sides. Carefully stick wooden skewers (pre-soaked) in the middle of the fish. Carefully plant the fish as deep as possible.

Step 2: add the spices.

Finely chop a clove of garlic and half a red pepper. Cut the lime in half, squeeze one half, cut the second into thin moons.
In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, crushed kaffir lime leaves, chili peppers, mirin, fish and soy sauce and sesame oil along with lime juice and sesame seeds. And with this mixture, grease the fish inside and out.
Cut the ginger and cilantro and put it inside the fish, seasoning it with the sauce prepared earlier.
Fold the lime slices into every second cut on the sides of the sea bass.

Step 3: bake the sea bass in an Asian style.

Preheat the grill and fry the fish on it until golden brown on both sides, and until the meat turns white. Turn over the carcasses, holding on to wooden skewers.

Step 4: serve the seabass in an Asian style.

Serve the grilled sea bass hot. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime slices. As a side dish, rice or a salad of fresh herbs is suitable.
Enjoy your meal!
