Cucumber, Corn and Cheese Salad

Ingredients for making cucumber, corn and cheese salad

  1. Cucumbers 2 pieces (500 grams, approximately)
  2. Cheese 200 grams
  3. Canned corn 1 can
  4. 2 cloves of garlic
  5. Green onion 1 bunch
  6. Sunflower seeds fried 100 grams
  7. Sour cream 18% 2 tablespoons
  8. Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste

Inventory:

Cutting board, kitchen knife, plate, tablespoon.

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the cucumbers.


Rinse the cucumbers, peel if desired, and cut into strips.

Step 2: chop the cheese.


Cut the cheese into strips. Of course, you can rub it if you wish, but in large slices it is in the salad, in my opinion, tastier.

Step 3: add the corn.


Drain the water from the corn, rinse the grains, dry and pour them into a salad bowl to the other ingredients.

Step 4: add the seeds.


Fry the peeled sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown. During frying, carefully watch the seeds so that they do not burn out and begin to bitter.

Step 5: add the garlic.


Grate the garlic or pass through a press, add to the salad. Season with sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Step 6: serve a salad of cucumbers, corn and cheese.


Before serving, decorate the salad with green onions and serve the finished dish to the table as an appetizer to meat dishes. So everything is simple and tasty.

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of sunflower seeds, you can add roasted peanuts to the salad.
