Dried fruit compote

Ingredients

  1. Water 2 liters
  2. Dried fruits (apples, pears, dried apricots, prunes, figs, etc.) 400 grams
  3. Sugar 2 tablespoons
  4. Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
  5. Orange juice with 1/2 orange
  6. Cinnamon 1 stick
  7. Anise 1 star
  8. Cloves 8 pieces

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare dried fruits.
